Vigneto Colombara is a so-called "cru", a special winery of special quality. The Chardonnay grapes are harvested in early September and the Garganega grapes only in the second half of October.
The Zenato Colombara Soave Classico is more Soave than the 'simple' Soave: more intense, fresher, finer and more complex. A wonderful wine with depth. Its concentrated, clean freshness is very special and in a class of its own.
